1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By using this website and booking services offered by Starlite Cruises, Inc., (d.b.a. Anderson Bay Cruises, Inc, d.b.a. Florida West Coast Cruises, Inc., d.b.a. PJS Cruises, Inc., d.b.a. Starlite Majesty, d.b.a. Starlite Sapphire, d.b.a. Calypso Queen, d.b.a. Calypso Breeze, d.b.a. Dolphin Racer ) hereinafter referred to as "the Company," you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website or book any services.
2. Booking and Reservations
2.1 Reservation Policy: All reservations for passenger vessel cruises or dinner cruises must be made in advance through our website or by contacting our customer service. Walk-ins may be accommodated subject to availability.
2.2 Payment: Payment for reservations is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and cash. Other forms of payment may be accepted as specified in your signed contract. All payments are final and non-refundable. Any discounts or coupons must be mentioned at the time of payment and will not be adjusted after payment has been made. Fares are subject to all applicable local and state taxes.
2.3 Changes to Reservations: Changes to reservation dates or times are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. For parties of 19 or less, a minimum 24-hour notice prior to the cruise date is required to reschedule your cruise to another sailing date. For parties of more than 20, a minimum of six months prior to the cruise date is required to reschedule your cruise to another sailing date. Cancellation policy is also stated on your contract for group reservations.
2.4 Security: Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Whilst we strive to protect such information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to us. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to us, including your credit card details, is transmitted at your own risk. Nevertheless, once we receive your transmission, we will take reasonable steps to preserve the security of such information.
3. Boarding and Cruise Policies
3.1 Boarding: Passengers are required to arrive and check in at the designated boarding location office at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. The Company reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who arrive late or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The Company will not compensate or reschedule any guests who miss their cruise due to traffic or any other circumstance.
3.2 Parking: Parking charges are not included with your fare. Parking charges are at the discretion of the governing entity of the lot that you choose to park in. The Company does not guarantee parking availability.
3.3 Dress Code: Passengers are expected to adhere to a dress code appropriate for the type of cruise booked. The dress code is listed on the website and also stated on the email confirmations that are sent out after each reservation is made.
3.4 Alcohol Policy: Alcoholic beverages may be available for purchase onboard. Passengers must be of legal drinking age (21 years old or older ) to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who appears intoxicated.
3.5 Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited on some Company vessels but allowed on others with specific restrictions. Please inquire regarding each vessel’s policies on this matter.
3.5 Accessibility: The Company attempts to accommodate all persons with disabilities. Some vessels have limited accessibility. Please contact us to verify that we can accommodate your specific requirements.
3.6 Safety: Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew during the cruise. Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and the Company reserves the right to remove passengers without a refund.
3.7 Events beyond our Control: Occasionally, situations occur beyond the control of the Company, such as but not limited to, extreme weather, government regulations, equipment failure, or acts of God, which prevent or interfere with the Company’s performance. If, for any reason, the vessel contracted for is not available at the time of the event, the Company reserves the right to fulfill the contracted event with an alternate vessel. The Company will keep the Client informed should any of these situations occur. If, for any reason, the Company cannot cruise for at least 50% of the contracted cruise duration but can provide all other contracted services dockside (i.e. food/beverage & entertainment ) then the Company will refund 50% of the cruise fees charged to Client. If, for any reason, the Company must completely cancel the Client’s event, the event will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time within four months of the cancelled event. If it is not possible to reschedule the event, the Company will refund to the Client all payments that have been made by the Client to the Company under this contract. The client hereby releases the Company from any and all claims for damages in connection with a shortened cruise or cancelled event as outlined above except for the refund of fees and payments discussed herein.
4. Liability and Waiver
4.1 Limitation of Liability: The Company is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay to passengers or their belongings. Passengers are responsible for their own safety and property.
4.2 Indemnification: Passengers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their actions or negligence.
5. Changes and Cancellations by the Company
The Company reserves the right to change or cancel cruises due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Company will make every effort to reschedule the cruise or provide a refund.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
